Extech HD500 Psychrometer with IR Thermometer

The Extech HD500 Psychrometer with IR Thermometer is a versatile 3-in-1 instrument that combines the functions of humidity meters, Type K thermometers, and non-contact infrared thermometers. These functions, combined into a rugged handheld housing, makes the Extech HD500 a great tool for home inspection applications.

Extech HD500 psychrometers are capable of a number of temperature/humidity measurements. The built-in infrared thermometer is for non-contact surface temperature measurements to 932°F (500°C). The infrared thermometer has a 30:1 distance to target ratio. The type K temperature function utilizes a type K probe for contact measurements up to 2501°F (1372°C). The HD500 also measures relative humidity with a range of 0 to 100%. Dew point and wet bulb measurements are also possible.
